strengthening women's employment capacities project
The project aims to provide training, awareness, and guidance to advocate for the social rights of female workers in Khenifra province.
We have also created a comprehensive guide that focuses on women's rights in the workplace based on the Moroccan constitution and the Moroccan Labor Code. Our aim is to contribute towards building an inclusive society where women are treated with equality and fairness. By highlighting the legal provisions and protections provided by these two fundamental documents, we hope to empower women and raise awareness about their rights in the workplace. Our guide serves as a valuable resource for employers and employees alike, providing guidance on promoting gender equality, ensuring a safe and respectful working environment, and combating any form of discrimination or harassment. Through this initiative, we are striving to foster a society where women have equal opportunities and are able to thrive professionally.
Dar Al Maghreb Association has developed two animated videos aimed at facilitating and highlighting the laws and rights of working women in Khenifra province. These videos focus on the legal framework surrounding women's rights in the workplace, covering topics such as equal pay, maternity leave, and protection against discrimination. It aims to educate working women about their rights and empower them to advocate for fair treatment.
These videos also delve into practical scenarios that working women may encounter, such as harassment, unequal opportunities, or unfair dismissal. Through engaging animations and relatable examples, this video provides guidance on how to navigate challenging situations, seek support, and assert their rights effectively.
Both videos serve as valuable tools to raise awareness, educate, and empower working women in Khenifra province about their legal rights and protections in the workplace. By combining informative content with engaging visuals, Dar Al Maghreb Association is contributing to a more informed and empowered workforce for women in the region.
