This initiative was implemented in collaboration with the Ministry of Economic Inclusion, Small Business, Employment and Skills to strengthen marginalized women’s employment capacities.
The project combines training, awareness and guidance to advocate for the social rights of female workers in Khenifra province.
Resources created
Dar Al Maghreb created a comprehensive guide on women’s workplace rights based on the Moroccan Constitution and Moroccan Labor Code. The guide supports employers and employees with practical information on equality, safe and respectful workplaces, discrimination and harassment.
